What I did this year after trying not to sink -Lost 13 kg (still losing after stopping GLP-1) now 46 kg -Work out every day -Big clean up and upgrading my room -Finally get health check up after many years -Went to a skin clinic to make myself feel better about myself

My old and ugly room before and after. I spent about a month DIY my cabinets to the same color adding a little molding. I did everything by myself. There was a lot of mistake and struggling but it was fun😅 I got 20+ bruises over my arms and legs Lol

Contents on the internet can fool you. I was fooled by thinking upgrading a furniture is easy a woman can do it by herself😤 I forgot that western women size and my size are quite big different😅...I'm struggling trying to paint my cabinets🫠💪 while friends say just go to IKEA🤦‍♀️

It's a lot of work...hard work but it feels nice to do something for yourself without having to worry what people would think once in a while. I can just leave flaws and it's alright. (They were cheap furnitures from the begining)

I had my room painted so the wall is nice and clean now. Pudding was a good girl this time during 5 night we slept in the living room. She didn't understand when the air condition was broken and we couldn't sleep in my room a few months ago.
