And this, ladies and gentlemen, is exactly the reason why VGC is NOT a safe environment for women yet. Was unsure to publish this and will not translate as this disgusts me just too much
Quickest purchase of my life
Took the ferry to terrorize vancouver islanders with zap cannon & I won todays cup, thank you female basculegion βοΈ
Just realized my tweet makes it sound like female basculegion gets zap cannon (i ran raichu lol) but maybe she should #womenππ

AI in VGC, from my POV 𧡠:
Well, I always believed it would take longer to get here. "Doubles is way more complex than singles" kept me feeling comfortable. But it's here and I don't think we can do much to stop it. Ban it from the ladders for sure, but here on out the (1/X)

Pope Leo saw the VGC twitter discourse and decided to flame Brady Smith
In this era of artificial intelligence, it is becoming urgent to distinguish human art from what machines produce. There is an ontological difference, even before an aesthetic one, between art and what a machine can generate through statistical calculation based on millions of images created by others. Algorithms lack the spark of humanity. For this reason, the Church wishes to renew an alliance with artists and cultural institutions to safeguard our humanity.

Iβve been getting Bradyβs coaching services for around 3 years now and I couldnβt be more disappointed. Iβve watned him many times about how using AI could negatively affect his business as well as others around him. I canβt see myself continuing services with him going forward.

This isnβt just art. Itβs a bold celebration of creativity, passion, and the limitless power of imagination. β€οΈ This piece captures the beauty of artistic expression in its purest form.
Real artists. Real vision. Real hands. ποΈβ¨
Because at the end of the day, creativity is about more than making something beautiful. Itβs about telling a story, sparking emotion, and creating something that feels uniquely yours. ππ
Keep creating. Keep inspiring. Keep pushing boundaries. π‘π¨π₯
I hope this helps! π

Traveling to Italy and not understanding much of the language is definitely challenging. Thankfully, years of pokemon showdown prepared me for this moment. When I heard someone yell βPorco Dio!!β In public, I immediately knew that means he got rock slide flinched.

regionals are so exhausting as a woman. even when itβs not horrifyingly direct stuff such as this, itβs constantly being talked down to by opponents, being infantilised, playersβ tantrums when losing etc. idk anymore if itβs even fixable, patriarchy is everywhere
Pokemon is still so far from a safe space for women its so sad.
We do better than most communities to break down these barriers buts so disgusting how little respect we receive sometimes.
A friend of mine went to her first regional today in Frankfurt and I went to bed so excited for her. Only to wake up and be told that her second round opponent called her a prostitute in German after she greeted and spoke to him in English.
He seemingly assumed she didn't speak German, and felt comfortable enough to be misogynistic as a result.
Be better than this Pokemon community.
I think I like rain

What a surreal weekend. I ran into a friend I haven't seen in 17 years. My mom's former student (also Adi) started 8-1 at his first regional. And I got 2nd place at the biggest regional ever with Golisopod!? Will talk more about the run on Tub Takes Tuesday and team report soon!

Preview of Batch 3 for my Pokemon VGC Vinyl Stickers!
This time its Terrains x Balance!
There's tons of color/design language with this batch themed after team comps, so I hope you like em!
Sneasler is my favorite one out of this batch, but Armarouge came out so good too!
