Berr garden in the hills near a bike route? Sounds good! @ Melly's Bar instagram.com/p/CaaHsLxsfal/…
Co Mayo, every corner turned, exhale a ‘wow’ … come on in, kettle’s on. This view was snow covered on my outward journey. #comayo #ireland

GrAy square. Oops. Almost bought around the corner in Pimlico in 2018 but priced out. LOVE this little square though! @ The Coombe, Dublin instagram.com/p/CaHxvwRM5Wn/…

Another one. All 2+ bed units, colour-coded.
2 bed homes under €2000 since 2018. You can really see the covid effect in 2020! But the picture is dire.

Maybe there's a boomerang effect? People got what they could in 2020 when there was a brief window of slightly-less-horrible-affordability and now nobody's moving because RPZ rules make moving unattractive? Hard to say, and worth further study
