@Airbnb let me get this straight… You deny my refund request for issues with my stay and hide my review from the public, but you refund the following guest with the same issues as me? Unacceptable.
Now @Airbnb is explaining to me that my review of the stay was not appropriate because my “intention” was to reduce the credibility of the host. I guess we can’t leave honest reviews these days.
When @Airbnb hides your honest review regarding a host that claimed you were lying about their hot tub not functioning.
A week later another guest leaves the same review regarding the same issue and receives a refund.

@cta your bus drivers need to be held more accountable. I’ve seen several people get off a bus, and they won’t let me, a single person, board. If you care about the maximum for Covid then it should be the same every single time. Bus drivers should be counting people on and off
@cta this ohare shuttle isn’t really covid friendly the way you have them dispatching every 20 minutes for swarms of people to board.
