🌸 So happy to share this!!
Just dropped Secret Garden Protocol into the Colosseum Arena 🥹
A cozy flower-breeding game on Solana where everything stays private with @Arcium MPC. Breed, compete, win $SGD — no one peeks at your genomes until the big reveal.
Really proud of this one 💚

Your prompts are encrypted with your key. Arcium replaces the CPU TEE and holds the GPU's session keys as MPC shares. An untrusted host relays encrypted records. The NVIDIA GPU runs the model in CC mode.
No one sees plaintext, even with physical access.
You can just do things.

Private AI is going mainstream.
This week, OpenAI introduced Private Intelligence, joining Apple, Google and Meta in building AI systems that keep user data private on their own platforms.
At the same time, Private AI infrastructure is being built for anyone to use, build on, or run on their own servers.
Below is a full market map of the Private AI ecosystem, from silicon to apps.
Full article coming soon.

So Swarm is basically a cluster of AI agents that work together to complete a task.
The idea is that every LLM/agent has things it’s better at than others. One might be really good at coding, another at research, another at design or analysis.
Normally, if you’re building something with AI, you either stick with one model and accept its weaknesses, or you switch between different agents/models depending on what you need. But when you do that, you end up moving context from one agent to another, and things can get lost or changed along the way.
Swarm solves that by putting the agents in the same environment and making them work as a team.
Instead of:
Agent A → finish → copy everything → Agent B → explain everything again → Agent C
you have:
Agent A + Agent B + Agent C → working together on the same objective.
They share context, communicate with each other, pass tasks between themselves, and can review or improve each other’s work. A Team Leader coordinates everything and makes sure the different agents are actually working toward the same goal.
So you’re not trying to find one AI that’s amazing at everything.
You build a team of specialized AIs and let them work together.
That’s basically what Swarm is: an environment for building and running AI teams, rather than relying on one super-agent.

the ultimate goal for arcium is to build the privacy stack for everything
the market today falls short because most privacy projects can only do one or a very few things.
this is mostly due to:
1) performance constraints (e.g. fhe is not fast enough for most use-cases outside confidential transfers)
2) lack of programmability (e.g. zk can only prove something privately, like proving you're over 18 without showing all details of your passport, or proving ownership of funds for a private transfer)
with mpc we have essentially built something that is as secure as fhe in shared state settings (where fhe also relies on threshold decryption / mpc), minus the drastic performance overhead.
this is proved by the breadth of excellent teams that paved the way and showed what’s possible on arcium, live on mainnet today across many different verticals.
but what's live today is only the core encrypted compute layer. what we need is more solutions to take the next step to broader adoption:
1) confidential transfers (send confidential transfers to anyone without complexity)
2) confidential ai (ai inference on encrypted data)
luckily, both are being built out at arcium now with good progress, to make everything as seamless as possible.
the core encrypted computation engine, c-spl, and blackthorn will cover the majority of the landscape where privacy is needed most today. with fast encrypted computation and shared state, this stack is well positioned where it matters most.
privacy is not far from being widely available for all in crypto and ai, and the race has never been more competitive. accel!
