No customer loyalty from @virginmedia
I used to swear by you and recommend @virginmedia, however if you don't offer loyalty to your customers then what is the point!
Very disappointed. Another customer to your rivals

It's crazy that these big companies do not look after their loyal customers these days. They have amazing deals for new customers but never for the existing customers. Just doesn't make sense. @virginmedia @Virgin
Loyalty doesn't pay no more 💯
Consistency is much harder when no one is clapping for you.
You must clap for yourself during those times

You know what staying at home with food, water, electricity, fifa and people i love is a blessing. I'm not letting panic, this lockdown and all the world crisis prevent me from being thankful
