The past 24 hours have been tough to say the least. I’m so proud of the way this group came together as a TEAM. They have worked so hard from the first day of fall ball. We will continue to support our student-athletes through this difficult time.

So proud of this team for stepping up but also very thankful to be an Orange! The alums, parents and supporters are a happy he part of our success. #SS #allaboard #family instagram.com/p/B9KaUW_pI8E/…

I’m just amazed by the support of all the wonderful people in the lacrosse community. It makes me proud to be a laxer! Thank you to everyone that has reached out- it has definitely made it easier to deal with this loss. Spending the day with my son tomorrow in NYC!!😊😊😁😁

Today was a tough day as my father Fred passed away. He outlived all prediction put on him by his doctors. His second open heart surgery at 40+ they gave him 10 years. He enjoyed every day of his life up until today - 2 months shy of 78. We will miss him! He was the best!!!!

Don’t worry we will continue to develop new concepts in the lacrosse world. #weknowthesecret

I’m so fired up to work with my brother who has so many amazing pattens in the manufacturing side of lacrosse. I remember when we were right out of college and he came up with the concept of padding all fitting together with removable pieces. Revolutionary from the beginning!

This stick turned out even better than we anticipated. I have been testing it with high school and college players and they all agree that it allows them to dominate the Draw!! ⁦@gaitlaxofficial⁩ #GameChanger #belegendary instagram.com/p/B63Nik-BJ-Y/…

Another one of the great Orange attacked. Alyssa had the killer instinct as has been a great role model to all the Orange attackers to player after her! #proudcoach instagram.com/p/B6bBtMlJYwa/…

Great camp in the Dallas area this past weekend! Used the new “Gait Draw” stick for the whole camp and it was awesome. Not only will it let you dominate the draw - it will allow you to snag tough GBs and score tons of goals! Look for it at the @USLacrosse #laxcon2020

This stick is awesome and it’s only going to get better with the new Lax Pocket Flex Mesh - coming soon! #gamechanger instagram.com/p/B572mmPh-ec/…

Truluck’s - great Happy Hour with my man Stan at the Piano. Just asked him to play Piano man - because it was written about an awesome Laxer’s Father. Ask @CEDefo who the player is!!!

After spending the evening talking lax with friends in FLA before camp tomorrow I realized just how lucky I am. Love the game and love the people involved. I’m pretty sure that I spend 24-7 thinking lax and how I can be a better coach! Just who I am!!! Love It!

It was a game changer for me! Still thankful I played for Roy Simmons Jr. Or it may never have happened! What coach would allow that down by a goal in the NCAA Semis. Only a man of vision! @CuseMLAX @gaitlaxofficial #belegendary

This is well deserved! Always wanted to be great - she has put the work in and well on her way! Looking forward to see what comes this year. Glad she’s and Orange!🍊🍊🍊
