Easily amongst the top 10 podcasts I've ever watched. @nikesharora's clarity and critical thinking is admirable. Couple of big questions to think on: •⁠ Can we truly democratise ‘intelligence’? How people who will create differentiated value will be those with an eye for unknown problems, leveraging known AI solutions. •⁠ ⁠The capex problem behind why it’ll be hard for Indians to build a foundational model. Cultural differences in the Indian startup ecosystem and low conviction historically to birth large 50B USD bets with unclear outcomes (and live with failure!). •⁠ Multi-industry applications of agentic intelligence and how will AGI change once it's trained on private proprietary data (eg: drug testing) vs just publicly available data as is the case right now. •⁠ ⁠Inertia of employment rate coming from a society not transitioning its skill set fast enough. •⁠ ⁠⁠How top leaders solve for risk appetite in functional leadership teams and balance them against conservatist voices to de-risk their own decision making.
