On this date in 1988, Nintendo released "Super Mario Bros. 2" in North America, giving players a very different Mario adventure filled with turnips, vegetables and enemies that could be picked up and thrown.
BITE-SIZED FACT | The game was actually adapted from Nintendo's earlier Japanese title "Yume Kōjō: Doki Doki Panic," with Mario characters replacing the original game's characters for the North American release. #80s

First Presented FvGs
Here's him saying you should have the last two Mondays and Fridays of First Presented FvGs:

He was answering another student who was asking about Friday’s First Presented FvG during the Space.

“But hasn't taken the relative equal lows out, and then returns back up to those very specific First Presentations from Friday or Monday, that is many times utilized as a catalyst to then run for that liquidity.”
Timestamp 01:04:11
“I've talked about that before. I've talked about using Friday's opening range gap and carrying that forward and previous, correct me if I'm wrong Pipmunch, the last two weeks previous whatever week you're trading on, you want the Friday and the Monday of the last two weeks. You want those.”
Timestamp 01:06:32
"And the market has traded down below Friday's First Presentation or previous Monday's First Presentation, because Monday could be lower than last Friday."
———————————————————
Further Elaboration:
Timestamp 01:04:11
“I’ve talked about it. I've talked about that before. I've talked about using Friday's opening range gap and carrying that forward and previous, correct me if I'm wrong Pipmunch, the last 2 weeks previous whatever week you're trading on, you want the Friday and the Monday of the last 2 weeks. You want those.
And by utilizing those you can literally just trade volatility. That means you can trade without a bias.
And if you can see a smaller time frame, like 1 minute or sub 1 minute pool of liquidity, like relative equal highs/relative equal lows and price is moving lower but hasn't taken the relative equal lows out, and then returns back up to those very specific First Presentations from Friday or Monday, that is many times utilized as a catalyst to then run for that liquidity.
And you're trading without a bias.
You're just looking at intraday small time frame pools of liquidity, and you can do that all day long, up down, up down, up down, and then it's a very liberating thing when you practice like that.
Because it doesn't force you into ‘I have to know the bias.’ When you just need to look at ‘What is it likely to give me right now, and can it give me 15 to 20 handles?’
And if you walked outside and you had a $100 bill, you know down every step of your front of your house, would you pick it up or would you walk past it? You pick it up. So this is one way for you to go into the market and start looking for it without having a model, just simply looking for volatility and then running to small short-term little pools of liquidity.”
--
Timestamp 01:06:18
“When we return back to a normal type of market where we're not seeing this crazy breakneck speed volatility, what you can do is if you're bearish say you're looking for a significant low on a daily or weekly chart.
And the market has traded down below Friday's First Presentation or previous Monday's First Presentation, because Monday could be lower than last Friday. So whatever one's closer in proximity to market price, if you're trading in the first hour of trading - that first dealing range - that means 9:30 Eastern time to 10:30 Eastern time.
Many times it'll return back to that and that'll give you the catalyst to sell off for a longer-term daily or short-term, or one-shot one kill is what I used to do, where you got to be comfortable holding overnight.
And if you're not comfortable doing that, you know, it isn’t gonna work for you. But many times you'll see those actually being the first catalyst to send price in that favor of higher time frame draw, like the daily or weekly.
So it's a real simple approach to utilize. It's not complex, but it requires market conditions to be useful.”

Three Voices, One Old Song, and a Nearly Perfect Moment
In 1976, on a simple stage lit by warm golden lights, Dolly Parton, Linda Ronstadt, and Emmylou Harris sat side by side. Dolly held a guitar, her blonde hair glowing under the lights. The three of them began to sing “Bury Me Under The Weeping Willow” — a classic folk song by The Carter Family.
There was no big orchestra. No special effects. Just three voices blending together so naturally that viewers almost forgot they were watching a performance. Dolly led the melody with her clear, pure tone that still carried the breath of the Appalachian mountains. Emmylou Harris added delicate high notes, while Linda Ronstadt brought depth and emotional weight. Together they created a harmony that made the already melancholic song feel both aching and graceful.
The song tells of longing for someone who has passed, and of the wish to rest beneath a weeping willow. In their voices, that old story was no longer just lyrics. It became a quiet whisper about connection, about the deep roots of American country music — music born from the land, from loss, and from simple love.
That moment was special because it showed Dolly Parton was not only the glittering star with big hair and sparkling outfits. Sitting there with a guitar, singing alongside two friends, she appeared as a keeper of tradition. She played with those signature long nails, yet the sound remained steady and true. There was no need for showmanship; talent simply shone on its own.
Years later the three women would record the celebrated album Trio. But this 1976 performance still holds a beauty of its own: the innocence, the mutual respect, and the love for old songs. They did not try to reinvent the piece. They simply let it live again through their voices.
Today, after Dolly Parton has left us, that footage feels even more precious. It reminds viewers of a genuine Dolly, an artist who always knew how to return to her roots. In the harmony of those three voices, one hears not only music, but also humility and reverence for those who came before.
Some performances make audiences applaud for technical skill. Others leave people silent because of pure feeling. This clip belongs to the second kind. Three women sat there, sang an old song, and accidentally left behind a nearly perfect moment — simple, clear, and still echoing.

This is one of the most famous paintings in America, and most people have no idea what they are actually looking at...
The painting is Christina's World, made by Andrew Wyeth in 1948, and the woman was real: her name was Anna Christina Olson, Wyeth's neighbour in Cushing, Maine. Since childhood a degenerative condition had slowly taken the strength from her legs, until walking was no longer possible. She refused a wheelchair, and for her entire adult life she chose to drag herself across the ground with her arms instead, going wherever she wanted to go under her own power.
Wyeth saw her one afternoon from an upstairs window, alone in that vast field, crawling slowly toward the house on the hill. He said the painting was an attempt to do justice to her extraordinary conquest of a life which most people would consider hopeless. Her world, he said, was limited physically but by no means spiritually.
That is what turns this painting from a portrait of frailty into one of the most triumphant images ever made...
Look at it long enough and it stops being about what her body took from her, and becomes about what she would not stop doing anyway. The field is enormous and she is small and the house is far away, and still she goes, because the alternative, to be carried, to give up, to let the distance win, was something she simply would not accept.
There is one more thing: Christina loved this painting. Pink was her favorite color, and Wyeth had placed her exactly where she most wanted to be, out in the open, in her own field, under her own sky. Late in her life, when she could no longer even crawl out to that field, she said something that holds the whole meaning of art inside it:
"Andy put me where he knew I wanted to be. Now that I can’t be there anymore, all I do is think of that picture, and I’m there."

Lord you are wonderful and matchless.
I lift up your Name God of Heaven and Earth. Nothing is impossible for you and You alone are worthy to be Praised.
Thank you for another day to draw the breath You give me, for saving me, by Your shed blood and victory over death, hell and the grave.
I thank You for the wisdom You alone give me, thank You for giving others understanding and courage to trust You too.
Thank You, that You hear me and continue to bless and guide me, despite my shortcomings and frailty as a sinful man.
Bless those who You put before me and I lift up each of them before You Lord Jesus, that You would bind their broken hearts, overcome their addictions, heal their illnesses, meet their needs and give them the truth that is only found in You and Your finished work.
Hear their requests and prayers to You. Manifest Yourself to them in their lives and do mighty and powerful exploits, that they know Who You are and that there is no other God but You Lord Jesus.
In Your Precious and most Worthy Name...

My little sister asked for my email address.
I told her it’s just my first name and last name at Gmail.
She looked at me like I had casually announced that I own beachfront property in Malibu.
She said, “How did you get that? I could never get mine.”
I said, “Because I was there when Gmail was invented.”
And that is apparently how I found out my email address is now considered historical evidence.
Back then, you could just type your actual name and somehow it was still available.
No extra numbers.
No random underscores.
No adding “official” at the end because twelve other people had already claimed it.
Just your name and Gmail.
Simple times.
My sister looked genuinely impressed, like.......

Yesterday I went to a local church to watch a friend get baptized.
While I was there, I kept noticing the girl I’m hugging in this photo. She was waiting to get baptized, and I just felt this pull to go encourage her… like she might not have anyone there for her.
After she got baptized, I went up to her and started talking to her. She was there completely alone. She told me she’d been coming to church on and off for 4 years and finally decided to get baptized.
I got to pray over her and just be with her in that moment, which felt really special.
I share this to encourage you. Don’t ignore those nudges. Gods after our obedience all it takes is a willing vessel to share the love of God
We see our home planet as a whole, lit up in spectacular blues and browns. A green aurora even lights up the atmosphere. That's us, together, watching as our astronauts make their journey to the Moon.

ALT A full disk image of Earth, as seen from the Orion capsule. The planet is a pale blue, swirling with white clouds and glowing slightly lighter blue in place from reflected light. From about 8 to 9 o'clock, a large brown landmass is Africa, with the Iberian peninsula twinkling with lights just where the planet curves. At the 1 o'clock spot, aurora glow in a thin green glow, just barely separated from the planet's surface. Earth is set against the black of space. Credit: NASA/Reid Weisman

Read the Bible, shun everything else and the opinions of man. Pray, talk to Him by Name... Jesus or Yeshua.
Ask Him to give you faith, ask for forgiveness for the sinful things you do, did and repent. Turn towards a belief in Him, that He is able and willing to save you from a separation from Him, after you die or at the time of the harpazo or PreTribulation Rapture.
Ask Him to give you understanding and a peaceful mind to endure this wicked world and the evil in it. Ask Him to bless your works for others sake, in that He would receive all the Glory.
Walk with Him daily and talk to Him like a child does to their Father... and have always a spirit of expectation.
Place your entire trust and hope in His finished work and shed blood. He is able to meet every need but He desires worship and adoration above everyone and everything.
Few can make that sacrifice it seems but then doubt He exists. Taste and see, that the Lord is Good!
