It is fundamentally antagonistic to kshatra / khatri ambition and world conquering notions

Revealing perrspectives on either side but the most contrived one is:-
"watch it but not like Ramayana"
Good or bad, people will watch it as Ramayana.
If you think the movie is good, the argument should be for that.
If there are no lessons to be drawn or the movie gives wrong lessons, then it is an argument to avoid a bad movie.
And for those who are ignoring, no argument is needed anyways.
So there is no enlightened neutrality here. That isn't integrity.
And the most convoluted take is to somehow ignore the massive PR machinery that is deployed and paint some few guys as the issue.
Everyone from Fadnavis ji to the biggest influencers have very agreessively pushed the movie and that is their prerogative.
If you think the movie is bad and should be ignored, then your argument should be against them and not some imaginary few. They are not the ones imposing the movie in any way.
This fallacy of blaming the few one imagines as the villains while ignoring the systemic force and platform dynamics of exponential tech is just anxiety masquerading as analysis.
I have never met a charismatic Ambedkarite in my life. It is a soul draining Ideology. Infact as hard and sad it is to say this I have never met or seen a Charismatic Dalit from Maharashtra, the hotbed. Sole reason for seethe is they lack Look/charisma needed for Leadership.
