A little interesting fact about Gef: According to the Irvings family, before they met Gef they noticed there was a cat that roamed around their house, later on Gef admitted it was him who they saw Gef could shapeshift to a cat, that's so wicked cool !

A movie about Gef is currently being made. It’s called ‘Nandor Fodor and the Talking Mongoose.’ Unrelated I’ve been obsessed with Gef forever and have my own screenplay based on it that maybe one day will be produced! Here’s concept art by @Chrisssalsop for mine:
