it‘s not particularly cool to quote a price of x for a ride from the airport to downtown Dublin and then charge x + 50% @FreeNow_IE - either your app and calculation engine is sh.. or you‘re doing this on purpose to lure in rides;
both is embarrassing
@Ryanair do you actually believe a voucher worth about €3,36 handed out as compensation for a 2,5hrs delay and after every single airside outlet at the airport had already closed is going to have a positive impact on customer satisfaction???
and sending out an email offering a free switch to another flight AFTER the original flight has finally departed doesn‘t make customers feel any better either, @Ryanair #customerservicefromhell

It sought to determine if wearing a parachute when jumping from a plane had any impact on survivability.
