The 2nd Las Vegas Sphere show starts today.
It’s from Darren Aronofsky and is called “Postcard from Earth”: part natural history and part sci-fi.
Early clips look insane and the audio-visual specs never get old:
▫️160k speakers
▫️268,435,456 pixels
▫️366ft tall x 512ft wide (9 feet high)
▫️Largest LED screen ever (160k sq ft)
Aronosfky will actually push the screen resolution to the max of 18k whereas U2’s show is 12k.
The project was filmed on every continent and there is half-petabyte (500,000 giga-byte) of data.
Aronofsky — who directed “The Fountain”, “Requiem for a Dream”, “Black Swan” and “The Whale” — says of the show:

All I know is this: “Requiem for a Dream”would be trippy AF on that screen.

Ask what your company’s mission is.
Every business has one. Sell laptops, care for homeless, etc.
