One bot. Both layers. Every signal that matters.
EchoNode sends Hyperliquid alerts to Telegram for HyperCore and HyperEVM, and warns you when a perp and a lending or LP position are exposed to the same asset.

Most Hyperliquid tools watch your perps OR your DeFi. Not both.
EchoNode watches both at once , one alert when risk compounds across HyperCore + HyperEVM.
17 HyperCore alerts. 5 HyperEVM protocols. Real-time, straight to Telegram.

Jeff Yan just said his product "not being good enough" is the most satisfying feeling in building.
That's not a mistake.
Most founders chase a number a million users, a funding round, a headline and treat hitting it as the finish line. The moment the product finally works, they relax. Jeff doesn't work that way. For him, the finish line is the trap.
The moment something starts working is exactly when he starts looking for where it's about to break.
That's why he said: "There's nothing more satisfying than building something and realizing it's not good enough because instead of a million people using it, now there are 10 million."
Think about what that actually means in practice.
A platform built for a few thousand early users in 2023 is now clearing over 40% of global on-chain perpetual volume. Every single time Hyperliquid got bigger, the previous version quietly became "not good enough" not because it broke, but because success itself revealed a ceiling nobody could see until they hit it.
That's the real reason an eleven-person team is still shipping an entire financial stack instead of coasting on $900M a year in profit. Comfort was never the goal. Scale exposing the next problem was always the point.
Most people want their work to feel finished. Jeff wants his to feel exposed because exposed means it just got ten times bigger than the version that used to feel complete.
Billions of dollars get spent every year on cables and microwave towers just to shave microseconds off a trade. Jeff just called that absurd and built the fix.
In TradFi, speed is the whole game. Whoever lays the fastest cable or builds the tallest microwave tower between exchanges captures the edge. All of that profit goes to whoever can afford to build the fastest pipe not whoever has the best strategy.
Jeff's words: "The people laying the cables or building microwaves ultimately collect all the HFT profits, which is kind of absurd if you think about it."
Hyperliquid's answer: priority fees. Instead of an infrastructure arms race only the richest firms can win, anyone can pay directly for execution priority , in the open, on-chain, with the fee burned instead of pocketed by whoever owns the fiber line.
Since launch, priority fees have already generated over $5M, adding yet another layer to the deflationary engine behind HYPE.
This is the difference between a system built around physical gatekeeping and one built around equal access. Jeff didn't just build a faster exchange. He removed the advantage that used to belong exclusively to whoever could afford the infrastructure.
You sold your 100x for a 2x. Never again.
Jeff said it back in 2024, before any of this was obvious: "When you see a 100x, you drop everything to make that a reality. Factors of less than 2 are insignificant. Big things take time to build, but nothing else is worth building."
Most people don't lose because they picked the wrong asset. They lose because they picked the right one and sold it too early , because a 2x felt safe, felt real, felt like a win you could actually bank. Nobody gets excited clicking "sell" at 40% gains. But that small, safe decision is exactly what keeps most people permanently priced out of the moves that actually change a life.
Jeff didn't build Hyperliquid chasing small wins. He turned down a $100M term sheet because it was a factor of less than 2 compared to what he was actually building. He funded an eleven-person team off his own trading profits instead of taking the easy, diluted path everyone else takes. Every decision he's made since has filtered through the same question: is this a 2x decision, or a 100x one?
Most people will read this, nod, and go back to taking profit at the first green candle tomorrow. A few will actually internalize it.
The difference between those two groups is the entire difference between watching the 100x happen to someone else and being the one it happens to.
Drop everything for the 100x. Stop celebrating the 2x.
Do you know why no one competes with the internet?
Because the internet isn't a product. It's the thing every product gets built on. You don't go to war with the ground you're standing on.
Today at TOKEN2049, Jeff Yan said the same thing about Hyperliquid and the moment he said it, the room understood exactly what he meant. No one competes with the internet. No one competes with Hyperliquid. Not because it's unbeatable. Because it stopped being something you compete with the day it became something you build on.
Here's the number that turns that line from a quote into a fact: HIP-3 markets oil, pre-IPO stocks, entire asset classes that didn't exist on-chain a year ago, all deployed by outside teams made up 51% of Hyperliquid's total trading volume in July. More than half the platform's own activity is coming from people building on top of it, not from Hyperliquid itself.
Think about what that actually means. A company usually fights to keep its volume in-house. Hyperliquid is watching its own numbers get out-built by the people using it and treating that as proof the architecture is working exactly as designed.
That's the difference between a company and infrastructure. A company wants market share. Infrastructure wants to disappear underneath everything else.
The internet won by becoming invisible. Hyperliquid just told you, with data, that it's already on the same path.
A week into using @lockintrade and I think I finally understand what their tagline actually means: “Read the truth in your trades.”
Not the story I tell myself about my trades. Not the version where the loss was bad luck and the win was skill. The actual truth sitting in the data, whether I want to look at it or not.
That’s the part that’s hit hardest this week. I’ve journaled before, on and off, for years. And every time, the journal ended up sounding like me flattering on the good days, vague on the bad ones, quietly editing itself without me even noticing. A week with Lockin has been the opposite of that. It doesn’t ask me how I feel about a trade and take my word for it. It reads the pattern across all of them and just… tells me. In dollars. In behavior. In moments I would’ve talked myself out of remembering clearly.
There’s something uncomfortable about that at first. Nobody loves being shown the truth about their own habits without the flattering filter they’ve been applying for themselves. But that discomfort is exactly the point it’s the same discomfort that’s been sitting untouched under every plateau I’ve hit as a trader, because I never had anything forcing me to actually look at it.
One week isn’t enough to say this fixed anything permanently. But it’s enough to say something I haven’t been able to say about a trading tool before: for the first time, I’m not the only one deciding what really happened in my trading. The data is.
Read the truth in your trades. Turns out that’s not a slogan. It’s exactly what it does.
