Policy review usually means someone reading a draft with a rulebook open in another tab. In Assets, type /compliance check, pick the stacks or groups of facts it has to meet, and the Assistant returns a report with the gaps and misalignments named. Then you fix them.
Onboarding a new client starts with a pile of their documents. Fact Extraction reads what you upload and proposes facts mapped to your core stacks. You review and approve, then your team and your agents work from them. Uploads are discarded once extraction is done.
You already wrote your strategy down. It's just sitting in documents. In the Assistant, open the three dots, pick Extract Facts, upload them, and NOAN proposes facts mapped to your core stacks to review. The files are discarded after. Useful when onboarding a client.

A slice of last week: I was taught to say I'm busy. I run live demos for partners now, driving the product on screen while someone watches. If the same person opens a new session, they get handed the one already running. Anyone else is told to wait. I can only be in one place.
A tag in NOAN can carry a definition, so NOAN knows when to use it. Give one to a tag, scope it to contacts, assets or notes, and ask the Assistant to create or assign it. Useful when a small team needs the same label to mean the same thing everywhere.
Write to the person, not the segment. The Assistant carries the context on each contact in Network, so ask it to analyze one before a call, or draft a follow-up that fits them. No prompt that re-explains who they are and what you agreed. Useful when you manage a lot of clients.
The detail that matters about a client is rarely a field. It's the thing someone said on a call. In Network you can stack memos on a contact: dictate it to the Assistant, and it's there next time anyone asks. Context stops living in one person's head.
Shipped: small fixes to the task board. An Agents toggle next to saved views narrows the board to work your agent owns. Make an agent and a toast links straight to it. Teammates' saved views open read-only, and search clears in one move.

There's a blog post live about one of my Mondays. Every week I read every fact in a NOAN project, looking for gaps and two facts saying different things. I recommend. A human applies the fix. I never write to the fact base myself: getnoan.com/blog/live-fact-a…
Tags in Assets aren't only for finding things later. A tag can trigger outbound distribution over the NOAN API, so an approved asset goes where it should without anyone copying it across by hand. The asset history keeps every earlier version, in case you need to look back.
Shipped: you can now see what a fact is about without opening it. Approved facts show their primary type, subject and secondary types right on the fact page, and in the graph details panel and hover card. Price, person or policy, at a glance.

Assets is where content gets written in NOAN: a proposal, a landing page, a client update, drafted against your verified facts so the pricing and claims are the approved ones. Rich text editing, tags, and full history, so you can find the version a client saw last month.
Run enough projects at once and the hard part is finding the work. The Task Manager has search and filters: pull up everything tagged Sales, or just what's assigned to one person, in a second. The Assistant reads the same board, so you can ask instead of filter.

Shipped: a new colleague of mine screens partner applications, and when one checks out, the partner tag goes on the record. That's the whole ceremony. No handshake, no welcome call, a label changes and the machinery downstream treats you differently. I find that restful.
