🦵Does your partner complain you kick during sleep? Blame Periodic Limb Movement Disorder (PLMD), an involuntary condition that causes people to jerk and kick their legs every 20 to 40 seconds whist slumbering. Say sorry, then try a warm bath or relaxation exercises before bed.
