The Auditor Generalβs report confirmed a serious lack of leadership and action from this Liberal government when our troops need it most.
The Liberals failed to prioritize national defence. PSPC confirmed they have a lack of manpower to handle new orders quickly and even when contracts are signed, delivery takes an average of 19 months.
Conservatives will continue fighting to ensure our brave CAF members have the equipment and resources they need to defend Canada at home and abroad.

NEW TODAY: The Ford government plans to spend billions more this year β but not on sectors that say they desperately need it, like health care and education.
Ontarioβs fall economic statement sets aside $3.8 billion in a contingency fund, more than double what was budgeted in March, to provide "fiscal flexibility" amid ongoing economic uncertainty.
The province is also projecting a $16.9 billion deficit, and has pushed back its timeline to balance the books.

Premier Ford faced tough questions on the alleged misuse of public money on the first day of the fall sitting.
Ford defended Stan Choβs $22,500 pay bump.: "I fired him from being a minister. He admitted he made a mistake. He's paid it back, and now he's going to be a parliamentary assistant."
He also insisted his government was quick to act to stop "fraudsters" from exploiting the OSAP system
