ChatGPT sent my website almost as many visitors as Google. Then I found Bing (which ChatGPT leans on) had indexed 0 of my pages.
Launching a site? Here's the checklist I wish I'd used so Google and AI can find you.

Upwork and Fiverr are dead.
Why would anyone with a brain outsource marketing & design work to C level talent (at best) instead of outsourcing to AI?
99% of these freelancers have no taste, little experience, and are most likely using shitty AI models for their deliverables anyways.
I’d trust Grok Bot, ChatGPT Dots, etc. to produce better work than most freelancers.
Freelance product designer vs agency vs in-house: which fits your business?
Hire a freelance product designer when you need senior design every week or every month but not a full-time role's worth...
🧵👇
Use an agency when the job needs a big, multi-discipline team at once. Hire in-house when design is daily, full-time work and will stay that way.

Most websites don't have a traffic problem. They have a "visitors leave without getting in touch" problem.
So I built a free check for it.
8 questions about your own site. About a minute. You'll see what's most likely costing you enquiries, and the fixes to start with.

You built the feature with AI in 20 minutes.
Did anyone actually try to use it?
Now you can, before you push. Point Usability Test MCP at localhost:3000 and fresh AI participants try your flow in a real browser.
You get the top 3 fixes with screenshots.
One command from Claude Code or Codex:
github.com/gabrielhidalgow/u…
Then: /usability-test http://localhost:3000
Each participant starts clean: it can’t see your code, so it gets lost where a real user would.
No API keys. It runs on your existing subscription.
Your users will get lost somewhere.
Find out where before they do.
Synthetic participants test your site, localhost, Figma flow or mobile app, then hand you the top 3 fixes.
One command in Claude Code or Codex. No API keys.
Install with one command:
github.com/gabrielhidalgow/u…
Each participant is its own clean CLI session: it can’t see your code, memory or route. It’s a quick check, not a replacement for real users.
I built Usability Test MCP: run usability tests on your website, localhost or Figma flows right from Claude Code or Codex.
AI participants click through, you get the top 3 fixes with evidence.
One command to start ↓

Feedback welcome 🙏
The AI-built site isn't the problem. The missing UX thinking is.
AI got you a site that looks credible in a day. Making it work for the people who land on it (clear forms, helpful states, a usable mob experience, an obvious path to buy) is what turns that site into customers.

Hey @claudeai @ClaudeDevs When the latest updates to the Claude Desktop app will be released for Australia's Max plan users? Still waiting..
Hey @mobbin , what’s the deal with the new credits pricing model when using the Mobbin MCP feature? I’m a pro customer. I’ve got the email bit this was not clear. Cheers
AI can generate beautiful interfaces in minutes. But can users actually understand them?
Motion and cinematic effects mean little if clarity, accessibility, content and usability suffer.
Design is not art. Functional design has a job to do.

Nobody needs a frontier model to write a commit message.
But the @claudeai picker never tells you. It just sits on whatever you set three hours ago.
What if it spoke up based on prompt before allowing users to hit send?
