Thrilling news, devoted followers. I've signed up with Hedon, the British manufacturers of rather swish handmade helmets and bike kit, so I'll be whizzing about wearing this on future bike launches for the Mirror, Express and Star etc. Just so you recognise me...

First impressions of the new Triumph Tiger Sport 800? Brilliant. New engine, agile handling, superb quickshifter, £10,995. A winner #triumph #instantgratification #vanucci

Farewell, flat batteries! Some idiot, possibly me, left his venerable BMW R 850 R sitting for so long that the battery was deader than a dead thing. The good news is I’ve got a solar-powered OptiMate charger. Great piece of kit, £134.90 from optimate.co.uk. @OptimateUK

Just signed up to this to transcribe a series of interviews. Did a test, and incredibly fast transcription with good accuracy. Basic version is free, but unlimited is very good value compared to others I've looked at. Very impressive! @TurboScribe turboscribe.ai/

It it's Sunday, it must be a run up the Antrim Coast Road for tea and buns in the Londonderry Arms Hotel with my biking buddy Gareth McGrillan. Looks like we weren't the only ones who had the same idea :) @PotskiMedia #vanucci#louismoto

In England riding the Maeving RM1S. Like the original version, a thing of beauty, but now with more than twice the power, delightfully sprightly all the way up to 70mph compared to the 45mph of the earlier version, and with better brakes. Lovely! @PotskiMedia @MaevingElectric

At the launch of the original V-twin Ducati Diavel in 2011, riders were stunned at how it looked like a cruiser, but handled like a sports bike. So has sticking a V4 in the latest version made it any better? Read my verdict in the Mirror tomorrow. @DucatiUK @PotskiMedia #vanucci

Aha, turns out it was in the Express and the Star, but didn't make it into the Mirror. Only found out the day after. Apologies!

Home after a fab tour around Ireland ending at the NW 200 with @QueensferryMoto, so must be time for a wee dram.

Sainsbury's: giving other petrol stations the finger since 1974 (when its first filling station opened in Croydon, apparently) :)

Gadding about on the new Triumph Rocket 3 Storm, in this pic the more laid back cruiser GT version. In spite of weighing 320kg and accelerating like a guided missile, it's a doddle to ride even at walking pace. Review coming soon in the Mirror @UKTriumph @PotskiMedia #vanucci

In Cannes for the launch of the new Triumph Rocket 3 Storm R and GT. Riding tomorrow, but in the meantime going out to see if I can hotwire the 650 grand Ferrari SF90 outside the hotel. Wish me luck. And yes, I know I need a haircut @UKTriumph @PotskiMedia #vanucci

Thrilling news, devoted followers: I'm now a brand ambassador (pronounced "posy git") for Italian bike clothing company Vanucci. First outing was a Ducati day riding this impressive DesertX and the equally impressive Diavel V4. Reviews soon in the Mirror @PotskiMedia @DucatiUK
