Just. Wow. As we went over Mexico and the U.S. this morning, I caught this sprite.
Sprites are TLEs or Transient Luminous Events, that happen above the clouds and are triggered by intense electrical activity in the thunderstorms below. We have a great view above the clouds, so scientists can use these types of pictures to better understand the formation, characteristics, and relationship of TLEs to thunderstorms.

The latest firmware for the Samsung 860 EVO drives that have worked flawlessly in my Odyssey 7Q+ apparently make the drive incompatible. 🤦♂️ Sourcing drives for my new Apollo unit is going to be such fun.
For @CanonUSApro EOS C70 users, I highly recommend the @Blackmagic_News Micro Converter HDMI to SDI 3G. It will pass the HDMI timecode through. Would be perfect if it passed the Rec Command as well to trigger recording on Shogun 7/Convergent Design Apollo.
