Huge MEW Women's title grudge match is set for next Fridays MEW Northern Bash! Lily Winter believes that she should be the champion after being DQd at Fortune Fever. She will get her chance against champion Gia Adams where we will settle this once and for all

Gia Adams didnโ€™t come to play this week at our advance class and unfortunately Dynamite Lee Dawson found this out first hand ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

One bit of advice that I think is overlooked a lot of the time, is research how to properly warm your body up & stretch for wrestling/gym! Do not let niggling injuries go without attention! Make sure your static stretching and dynamic stretching is 100%, look after your bodies!

With that being said, research which exercises will help strengthen your weak points. Eg. A shoulder injury, hips feeling tight, sciatic nerve pain etc. etc. Correct stretching & rehabbing form can be the difference of a virtually pain free life or constantly struggling! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ
