Students, Grads, Juniors. Do NOT pay for a portfolio review/crit! The design community are used to doing this for free, just as you will one day... If you're out of work / struggling to find work – just ask a designer you admire if they'd spare you 30 mins on Zoom one day.

Freelancing has it's pros and cons but one thing I feel that isn't spoken about enough is how insanely lonely it can feel. The pandemic of course didn't help this but you jump from project to project never really being part of a permanent team. D2C projects are even more lonely.

Wondering what people use for guidelines/brand toolkits for clients these days? Trying to drag myself into the new world and put them online now vs a PDF and a folder with some logos in it. I’ve been trying Brandpad and it’s ok, just wondered if I was missing any…
