Day 3 of Wim Hof cold shower challenge... yep just as expected it’s still f**kin freezing! 🥶 But I’m happy to report today I didn’t squeal once... I still said expletives afterwards but I think it’s progress 👍

After listening to @creativewayspod chatting about the Wim Hof breathing method I’ve download the app to give it a try... started the ‘cold shower challenge’ today... I don’t think I handled the relax and breathe through it well, I squealed a lot! 😬😂
Often wonder if my daughter has a secret stash of birdseed for midnight snacks... she is such a chatterbox anyway but some days she doesn’t come up for air! Wish my ears luck for picking her up from nursery today, she’s going to have even more to tell me now! 😅🐦 chirp chirp!

Was at the hospital yesterday and had to spend 5 hours wearing a face mask, felt like torture... the legends that we call doctors and nurses have to wear that ALL day every day and I honestly don’t know how they do it. Nothing but complete admiration for all the NHS heroes 💙
