Great second half from Barca, still gave up many half moments but from 2-1 they managed it so well, FDJ had a great impact 65/67 passes completed in 45 mins. And the game management in the last 10 down the left hand side with Pedri mainly, was TOP.

Yamal was not getting too much success in the dribble in this match, with Atléti doubling up on him constantly. But the very best players do not let that stop them. Instead he dropped and acted as creator. Doubling up on Yamal leaves space elsewhere and that’s exactly the space that Yamal found with a perfectly weighted pass to Fermín making a run in-behind to win a crucial match after the recent Clasico loss.
