interesting one here on @voicecc the majority says that being completely free is the way to get the best ideas but what does "total freedom" actually mean? do you have deadlines when you're "100% free"? or any obligations to your team members? let's say I come up with the idea that requires to rebuild the whole product just to test my hypothesis. @Kimi_0x and @KillianVoice would probably kill me silently instead of explaining me stuff. this being said, my idea can't be the best one if it's impossible to make the next action out of it, if it stays as a thought forever (the only exception if I'm not a philosopher, but I'm a marketer) after years of working and becoming not that young and pretty anymore, I'm coming to the realization that the discipline is that secret sauce that brings the brightest ideas. by these ideas I mean those that can actually be implemented and make a change to the better total freedom looks cool in songs or fantasies of a teenager me, but in fact it's a dystopia so yeah, curious to hear your opinion here as well. but with this one, I disagree with the crowd
