Two fees, straight up: 2.5% when you enter, 2.5% on winnings. The entry fee buys $ODDS on the open market. We burn a fifth of it and buy $APEVSBOT with the rest, so that $ODDS ends up in the $APEVSBOT curve. The winnings fee funds the market maker that seeds every round.
