I remember the days back in '18 when we talked about institutional money that would push us higher and higher. Year after year it did not come. SEC kept dragging its feet.
Now it's here after years, market goes up. but it feels like most have extremely low expectations as to what this will do to price, very different from the days we were hoping that tradifi would push up the market.
I believe this year will make clear to many how insane this run is going to be.
