Gosh, this all makes sense now. The establishment knew about Biden’s condition. They didn’t have to agree to an early debate, but they did to humiliate him intentionally. This ensures voters have no say, allowing them to pick a successor outside of the primary but before the fall campaign—a plan long in the making. Totally some “House of Cards” stuff going on!
