humans won't be "in the loop". AI doesn't have a production problem, it has a verbosity problem. Our job is to decode and simplify
Another example of the paralysis in enterprise that is blocking the adoption and building of agents. The old model of looking to the business to provide requirements wont work.
I am seeing too many of our clients getting caught looking to business leaders to provide clear vision and guidance on they AI programs, when its a technology led innovation, requires transformational leadership to bring the team along.
AI has collapsed the cost of building products, but not the cost of knowing what to build.
- The old loop: spec, scope, build
- The new loop: build, play, design, ship
Prototypes are cheap. Great products still require taste, judgment, and a clear understanding of what users actually need.
