For many years @Dermotom has been at the heart of @LeinsterBranch and the administration of our games across all our communities 🏉
Quietly working away, his excellence is what keeps our games going and brilliant to see his efforts recognised👏

Brilliant session in the Quarryvale Community Centre for their new ‘youth cafe’ initiative.
Great to see some familiar faces from the local schools and some new ones giving rugby a go!

How we saved many dogs lives this week but talking about the huge mental toll it has taken.
I'm burnt out from the emotion of it all.
A longer watch but hopefully gives you an insight into the ups and downs of rescuing dogs, depression and anxiety 🥰🙏

Little Pippilotta has come so far. And she isn't one bit angry. Given what has happened to her she is one of the most gentle souls you'll ever meet.
My friend Sybille has done all the hard rescue and we @wearehappydoggo are finding her perfect home 🥰🙏

There is so much evidence that exercise changes the neurochemical milieu of the brain in ways that are supportive of neural circuit health and plasticity. Indeed, it is fair to say that movement is the feedback signal to the brain that helps keep it alive & able to self-modify.

If a footballer has to do security’s job for them then the footballer isn’t the problem. You can ban him but none of this is Nunez’s fault. Footballers are human beings first, they will spend a small part of their lives being a professional footballer but Nunez will spend the rest of his life being a Father. Family first before everything.
