Just a quarterly reminder that your community doesn't owe you shit, and acting like/thinking they do is going to be your collapse.
Breaking from dbd for at least this week. Yesterday's apology was still a bit, underwhelming. I don't care if the person was fired, or not, I'm more concerned with their actions over the next 14 days. Do they stay silent, or fight for the trust of the community? @DeadbyDaylight

if you want to uninstall dbd - that’s okay.
if you want to take a break from dbd - that’s okay.
if you want to play dbd tonight - that’s okay.
everyone should do what works best for them and their life, so let’s not attack or judge anyone for their choices 🙏

Yet another lengthy 'we got caught being shitty again' statement. Your "employee" knew exactly what they were doing, and knew you would just copy/paste an apology.
I'm so over this shit. Y'all need new admin & management.
This weekend, a Dead by Daylight team member awarded in-game content and currency to a creator streaming our game. Although it is not unusual to unlock content to give creators discovering DbD a chance to have a sneak peek at available content, this decision was made without receiving appropriate approvals. Furthermore, the team member's subsequent comments and conduct do not align with Dead by Daylight’s core values.
When concerns about this decision became apparent during the stream, we should have responded by looking into these concerns, not dismissing them.
Unfortunately, we’ve now seen the fallout of this decision unfolding in many conversations across the DbD community. We appreciate and stand with our community’s willingness to ensure our shared values are being upheld, at all times, regardless of popularity, and we’re heartbroken at the inflammatory language now being directed towards our community.
At the same time, threatening employees will never be acceptable, and we’re asking everyone to stop engaging with these posts.
We apologize to our community for letting you down. We have already begun reviewing our internal processes to prevent an incident like this from happening again.

The one thing I hope for with Cyberpunk 2077 pt. 2 is that they keep the same focus when it comes to the game's soundtrack. Without using heavily mainsteeam artists it had the best music selection in a game, ever. @PaweSasko
