Hi! My new album, With Care, is out today and available now on Bandcamp, Spotify, etc. I worked hard on this one, am very proud :), and I hope you like it. My amazing friend and musician, Life Patterns, mastered this one and also made the cover. Enjoy!

Had two incredible nights with @bellesglasgow in Berlin, one for Tigermilk, one for If You’re Feeling Sinister, plus many other great songs. A celebration of everything that makes this band so special; it was all so magical and, uff, very emotional! Was teary eyed for all of it!

Rawan needs funds for a tent & transportation for immediate evacuation!!! We’ve raised $404 in the last two days!!! This cost is about $700-$1500 on average!!! So we are looking at $1100 more to be safe as we have not gotten an exact estimate yet!! chuffed.org/project/114409-s…
ALT A flyer supporting Rawan’a family in Gaza titled “Urgent funds needed for tent and transportation for immediate evacuation. Support Rawan’a family!!” There is a QR code for the campaign to the right of a drawing of Rawan and her mother, two hijabi Palestinian women.

Ichiko Aoba tonight had to be one of the most beautiful shows I’ve seen. No words, really. She’s incredible.
For reasons that may or may not be a bit dumb, I have ended up with not one but TWO extra tickets for god aka Ichiko Aoba tonight in Berlin. I’m selling them cheap, just want to find them a good home. If anyone’s interested or you know someone, lemme know!

As a big Bridget Jones fan, I am happy to announce the new film is *very* good, maybe as good as the original (!), and just perfect and very moving!! all around. Saw it in a sold-out screening where it was me, my bf and groups of girlfriends on a night out, and it was incredible.
Absolutely perfect and so, so beautiful show from @TheWeatherStn tonight at Silent Green, a venue I’d forgotten is one of the best (if not the best) in the city. The arrangements, the visuals, how each song flowed into the next–a unique, transportive show. So, so good.
Astonishing show from Alan Sparhawk @lowtheband tonight, broke my heart and glued it back again. Raw, tender and intense–loved the new songs live, both from White Roses and the unreleased ones, and that encore with White Horses and Days Like These, UFF!! Pretty magical night.
Today is a very eventful day to be living close to the CDU headquarters. I got out of the bus and a giant Merz was looking at me, felt like the people in Tokyo when Godzilla shows up.
Erm I love him this is definitely *a choice*
Andrew Scott has won the Silver Bear for Best Supporting Performance at the #BerlinFilmFestival for #BlueMoon!
Only saw 9 movies at the #Berlinale this year and here’s a thread with what I thought of each one:
A Complete Unknown, 3/5: Do you love Bob Dylan? You’ll love this! You don’t? Then you won’t.
Mickey 17, 2/5: By far Bong’s worst movie. God knows what happened here.
Blue Moon, 3.5/5: Very sweet and melancholic, Hawke is great. Theatre kids will love this more than I did.
Kontinental’ 25, 4/5: Love Radu Jude, loved this. No-one else like him out there atm. Funny and dark and perfectly encapsules the hypocrisy of all of us Europeans.
One of my favourite things to do every year is go to the #Berlinale to see the premiere of the new Hong Sang-soo, *by far* one of my favourite filmmakers, with him there. Tonight, I got to do it again. What Does That Nature Say to You, his new one, is *very* good. I’m very happy.
