Memo to Anthony Albanese - Under the Morrison Government, Bulk Billing rates for FY 19/20 were 87.5%, which is 5% higher than in 12/13 under Labor. That means almost 9 out of 10 visits to the doctor were free - the highest level on record & far higher than any year under Labor.
