Many scholars have made this argument. But it's the first time that I personally am making it, which is pretty exciting for me

Incredible that now to pass the bar exam, you need to outscore the cutoff by more than the margin of fraud
Wow. For years, an official in Arkansas allegedly tampered with bar exam scores, pulling points from some test takers and giving them to others.
This caused numerous failing exams to pass, and resulted in "at least one instance" where an otherwise passing exam fell below the requisite threshold.

Moreover, not once does the local rule linked even discuss alignment (ragged right or justified?) which is going to have a major impact on letter spacing, about which the judge is supposedly concerned.
The problem is Judge Merryday is including Palatino and Book Antiqua [an MS ripoff], implying only two faces, but without mention of any of specific cuts of Palatino. I have a number of cuts of Zapf's masterwork on my computer with varying letter spacing—are they all permitted? Frankly, Judge Merryday should read Bringhurst's Palatino: A Natural History (which has some magnificent examples of Zapf's process and the subsequent history).

mediation hearing:
landlord: pay per the agreement
tenant: no
great system
Replying to @CMRobertWhiteDC
Here is how it works: If a tenant owes less than 3 months of rent (or under $6,000), both the tenant and landlord must go to mediation to talk things out. This meeting has to happen before anyone ever steps foot into an eviction hearing.
