AI agents are scaling across teams. Engineering context needs to scale with them.
AI coding agents are scaling across engineering teams, but shared code doesn’t mean shared context.
GrapeRoot Enterprise gives AI agents organizational context across codebases, architecture, incidents, and engineering decisions.
#context
We had senior engineering + product leaders in the room — along with their co-founder.
We pitched engineering context for AI agents.
They pulled us into something bigger.
"We don't just need agents that understand our code. We need agents that understand our organization."
Why a decision was made 6 months ago. What was tried and failed. Who owns what. What happened last incident.
That's not a dev tool problem. That's an organizational memory problem.
Building for exactly this. Pilot starting soon.

AI agents don't fail because they can't code.
They fail because they have no memory of your organization.
Every session starts from zero. Same mistakes. Same rediscovery. Same wasted tokens.
We're fixing that with GrapeRoot.
Just closed a pilot with a healthtech unicorn. More to come.
#AIAgents #MemoryLayer #GrapeRoot #ClaudeCode #Cursor
One meeting with a healthtech unicorn just reframed everything we're building.
We went in talking about engineering context for AI agents.
We walked out talking about organizational memory.
Turns out the problem isn't "agents can't read your codebase."
It's "agents don't know why decisions were made, what failed before, who owns what, or what's already been tried."
That's a much bigger problem. And nobody's solved it yet.
That's what GrapeRoot Enterprise is for.
Piloting with them in the coming weeks.

1K fuckingggg stars on GitHub Brooo!! LFG
I know each and every person who starred my repo, it wasn't like one night boom! 5 months in, still giving it my all!!

Community stories like this make building GrapeRoot worth it. 💚
Thanks @wonsukchoi_
76B tokens, $34K+ saved, multple startups and One founder.
@wonsukchoi_ currently holds two spots on GrapeRoot's all-time leaderboard. (#4 and #5)
Love seeing founders pushing AI to its limits.

happy to chat with teams thinking about AI infrastructure and organizational memory!

we started by helping ~10,000 developers give AI better context, as more and more of them started using GrapeRoot inside their companies, we kept hearing the same thing.
the real problem wasn't just helping AI understand codebases,
BUT
It was helping AI understand entire organizations—across GitHub, Slack, docs, infrastructure, tickets, and engineering history.
After hundreds of conversations with developers and engineering teams, it became clear that organizational memory is the missing layer.
that's why we're building GrapeRoot Enterprise, the world's first SELF-LEARNING organizational brain for AI agents.
so atp this is the direction we're betting on, keen to hear how other builders are thinking about it.

Just got this today, a dev hasn't hit the limit since he installed the product!
Made my day :) @graperootdev

People really want to hack things somehow, LoL, asking env files to test penetration
Chatbot is live on graperoot.dev, ask anything about graperoot or how to use it! Anything but related to @graperootdev

GrapeRoot just crossed 100,000 PyPI downloads. 🎉
We never ran an ad.
Just developers sharing @graperootdev with other developers.
Thanks to everyone who's installed it, starred it, contributed, and shared feedback.

"We have got 95%+ benchmark on longMemEval by using a memory layer on long-running agents."
Hey Everyone, we created a memory infrastructure for long-running agents, and it beats mem0 and other big tools on LongMemEval benchmarks. If you are working on long-running agents, I would love to get feedback or suggestions over DM

same output quality
@graperootdev did that

After spending $15k in 4 months we finally pushed to create GRAPEROOT on our github dashboard :)
@graperootdev has saved over $250k for almost 200 developers(this is only number who have opted in for telemetry).

Delhi isn't exactly Silicon Valley.
but last weekend in a cafe, met someone running Claude Code, walked up and pitched @graperootdev
he already knew it. his whole team was using it.
imagine Bengaluru, SF 🥰
this is what 5,000 users feels like in real life.

800 daily users is big number! I got to know when my cofounder @ShivGRoot randomly met a person in a cafe at Delhi. He was using Claude code, then shiv went to pitch our product lol (GTM things) and he turned out our active user.
That was really crazy!!

GrapeRoot builds a local context graph so AI agents retrieve only what they need, not your entire codebase.
better context → better outputs, lower token waste.
