Davis said got he introduced to Dr Ryder via a IRAD sponsored by LMSSC & ATC on Vacuum Fields. The close associate of Ryder at LM I believe to be Vincent Teofilo (also wrote AAWSAP DIRDs). This paper from 2006. Notice Bernie Haisch also listed as author.

Ryder was photographed with Hal Puthoff, referred to Puthoff as “my good buddy,” and praised his work.
NEW: Sean Kirkpatrick, who was the Pentagon's top UFO investigator as director of AARO, has shared new allegations about his investigations with PARADIGM.
Kirkpatrick says he:
*Worked with Lockheed Martin's chief technology officer to look into claims that the contractor possessed alien craft and traced the claims to "people who had both misled the company and were trying to make money on aerospace tech unconnected to aliens”
*Looked into claims that former Lockheed exec Jim Ryder was involved in an alien technology program and in contact with the CIA

Ironically, Kirkpatrick's claims are always as unverified as the claims coming from the whistleblowers & researchers he criticizes here. We're expected to appeal to the authority of everyone involved instead of being given the evidence.
