When I referred to the "three traditional brands," to be clear, I thought I'd created a poll with Crystal, Louisiana, and Tabasco, but messed up somehow. That list was limited to those brands only because, if you look on the labels, their only ingredients are vinegar, peppers, and salt. I very much like others mentioned, but didn't include anything that used additional spices, preservatives, or thickeners (e.g., xanthan gum).
