a year ago i bought my first camera and took off on a journey. have explored two coasts, summited mountains, felt the depths of winter, the throat clenching aridity of the desert, the joys of being a very present dad mixed with the downs of uncertainty.
the future is bright, but timelines are less important than experiences. as artists, experiences and relationships, love and loss and what brings wealth to music. patience is hard. patience with yourself, is harder still. in the process push your limits. get uncomfortable.
not used to the idea of Winter NAMM being in June — anyone can snag me a badge last minute? emails have been sent to my people, but 3 days in advance is rough. ooof.
would it be possible for @elonmusk to pls get rid of handle squatters, inactive and indefinitely suspended accounts? let’s clean up the ecosystem. cheers!
i post this as i’ve been on hold w @americanair to make sure i don’t lose flight credits today — all because of a series of poorly written emails that they sent me last week, correcting themselves for misinformation in their first email
all the while failing to leave out the most pertinent information of all — flight had to be booked today (agent, not email had to let me in on that secret). anyway let’s gaze at this majestic picture whilst pushing for proper transparency from big cooperate companies.
ever have a moment where it seems like your life is on pause but you FEEL the world’s strongest undercurrent about to sweep your feet into a sea of amazingness? i have felt this feeling before. i know it. something absolutely magical broke on the other side of it 💫
