We have been working 7 days a week since Sep 2, minimum 14 hr days. The one thing I have learned is you have to find somewhere in the day to de compress for at least 30 mins or your mental health will falter quickly.

The knot you get in your stomach when you do all be preparing and go to dollar general for cab snacks and then forget them in your truck when you have moved miles away…
