@WholeFoods it’s not even busy in Franklin, TN & this buffet looks terrible. What are the chances that the only DF options I can eat are gone. No shrimp in the shrimp entree & all the chicken entrees have been empty for 20+ minutes. What gives? This has happened twice in 2 weeks!
Next time you’re ready to chew out that customer service rep, remember that it’s not their fault. They’re a son, daughter, father or mother. They’re human. Just trying to make it in a tough world at a difficult job. If it was your mom or daughter, how would you treat them?
38 minutes in: The family that would have been in front of us in line just got their food. We’re almost done. So good!
15 minutes in. The ultimate nachos arrived. It’s actually my wife’s entree but I do not recall the app allowing us to make a distinction. No matter, we’re all eating them now.
