Chuck Schumer will be the Majority Leader. Hakeem Jeffries will be Speaker of the House. Anyone crying about this is not a serious person. Both men did a phenomenal job recruiting candidates, supporting them, and ultimately delivering one of the best midterms wins ever.

I think centrists need to be careful in their arguments. When we argue that leftists shouldn’t be nominated because they won’t be elected, this is implicitly saying that they are right. But of course, this isn’t true at all. Leftism is bad because it’s bad, not because it loses.
