Amari Allen in Alabama's exhibition win over Auburn:
23 points
7-12 FG
2-3 3PT
7-9 FT
Efficient with the ball in his hands when the Crimson Tide really needed it. It's only preseason, but you can tell he's taken a step.
That was a great game until Auburn #3 threw a punch at Amari Allen. For an exhibition. #RTR

Here’s my biggest problem w/the loss… what do we think Tennessee wanted to do in this game (and realistically felt like they’d be able to do) that they weren’t able to do?
-Run the ball
-Quick, easy throws for QB
-Put UA in unfavorable down & distances
-Get after Russell
Alabama wasn’t able to deny them *any* of that.
Can we talk about the 4th down go/no-go decisions? KDB doesn’t seem to subscribe to Saban’s “let’s end every possession with a kick” philosophy. Sometimes playing field position (especially in a defensive struggle) is the smart, patient, disciplined way to go.
Kareem with the truth bombs tonight 👇🏻
I don’t know who or what needs to change but that wasn’t the brand of ball that we’ve all grown accustomed to seeing coming out of Tuscaloosa. I can take losing to UGA in a hard fought game. But this today wasn’t Alabama football. And I know week to week it’s hard but we still gotta give ourselves a chance to be successful. We did not by no means today.
We are so rich
Remember when Alabama used helicopters to dry Bryant-Denny?
With a hurricane approaching, we talked with Alabama's groundskeeper and a SubAir executive about the technology beneath Saban Field and preparations for Georgia.

And allow them to bring in coolers. If you can do it at baseball, why is it not allowed at softball??
