On this day in history, March 27, 1982, @RutgersWBB was preparing to face @TexasWBB in the AIAW Championship. Watch the unusual way that several future icons of WBB, @TheresaGrentz12 @cduconn @cvivianstringer spent that day.

The NCAA ruthlessly put the AIAW out of business in 1982. Denying the records is their attempt to whitewash history. The women and schools who fought to the bitter end will not be forgotten. Background from Forgotten Champions: youtu.be/KVF52j-fYrU
