No fine-tuning. No Hash searching. Just emergent agentic reasoning at the token level. 🤯🤯 Context windows are a crutch. Once you share the cache across a vector-native layer, the transformer stops predicting and starts orchestrating. This is the scaling law nobody's pricing in. Foundation models are dead.
