EXCLUSIVE: Elon Musk came to Donald Trump with the plan to throttle Ukraine’s use of SpaceX’s Starshield satellite internet network, sources have told the Telegraph. The tech billionaire made the proposal during the US President’s row with Volodymyr Zelensky over strikes on Russian oil refineries. ‘The reality is that they were both in it,’ a senior source said of Musk’s and Trump’s involvement. But after a night of carnage in Kyiv caused by the slowdown, Musk was alarmed about the possibility of adverse consumer reaction in Europe. The SpaceX boss then proceeded to tweet, blaming the US administration, and ultimately, President Trump for authorising the slowdown. ‘He tweeted out that he was innocent and that it was the US administration that did it,’ the source said.

It’s been happening slowly every year but part of what made this 9/11 feel different is the recognition that so much time has passed it’s no longer a collective monocultural event — 100 million Americans today weren’t alive/living here for it.

This creator has the inside scoop on Vivek's now-deleted baseball video Team Vivek came in, picked the slowest pitch setting there is, and Vivek made contact with the ball 5 times out of 25. The campaign video just replays those same 5 swings over & over instagram.com/reels/DdC0RrON…
This is so humiliating lmfao

From the press treatment Rubio receives you’d never expect his work product to look like this
It was brought to our attention that Lake America was erroneously labeled as Lake “Ontario” on our website. We have corrected this mistake and apologize for deadnaming the lake.

More than 93% of NFL players to be autopsied after death having actual brain decay is one of those statistics that the NFL is going to try very hard to sweep under the rug. Check out the damage control from the journalists lol

You will never guess the quoted post that he thinks is encouraging mutiny.
No one really wants to say, but this is just a different version of Mark Kelly's illegal orders narrative. Basically the Democratic party is just encouraging mutiny on military ships. Which won't happen. Which OK hey have fun with your Crimson Tide fantasy guys.

Everyone is overly nostalgic about their teenage years, except people who were teens from 1995-2000, the actual best time to be alive in America.

Researchers proved every major LLM is secretly obsessed with Japan. And they finally figured out why. For years, we’ve been told that AI is entirely Western-centric, that it just reflects Silicon Valley and American values. A landmark paper by Cardiff and Basque researchers tested 31,680 cultural prompts across 24 languages on frontier models like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. The results shattered that assumption. In six out of eight frontier models, Japan was the single most frequently referenced country when asked open-ended cultural questions. Ask about traditional dances, festivals, or everyday practices in an open context, and the AI defaults to Japan. Over and over again. Here is the twist nobody expected. This bias doesn't come from raw pre-training internet data. The researchers tracked where the obsession forms. It emerges after pre-training, during the supervised fine-tuning and alignment phase when humans teach the AI how to behave. Why Japan? Because decades of global soft power, rich cultural export, and clean, universally admired digital archives make Japanese culture uniquely "safe" for AI safety filters to lean on. When labs train models to be harmless and universally pleasing, the AI defaults to the cultural equivalent of comfort food. It avoids controversy by talking about anime, sushi, and tradition.
