PISA assesses how well 15 y o students can solve complex problems, think critically and communicate effectively. This gives insights into how well education systems are preparing students for real life challenges and future success. Jamaica participated in 2022 but not in 2025.
🆕 #OECDPISA results, released today, show that student performance has declined across all three core subjects over the past decade. ⤵️
at halls of learning, we work on the fringes of the education system to provide services that are not usually accessible in on the school curriculum or that are available to global counterparts and we make them available nationally. we are not a school but we service schools.
it means we love children and we love helping them to learn and experience, new stuff, cool stuff, hard stuff, on repeat, like we have since 2003. it means sometimes we put in extra time, extra days, extra patience, extra energy and a lot of extra thought…not unlike teachers.
