Got my first sale today 🎉 - on Day 14 of my 30 day eCommerce site resurrection challenge. From a video ad showing my product being put through an office shredder....

Founders and builders: you can make your millions simply by building a platform designed for AI bots, and hoping that their masters forget to (or better, don't even know how) give them any guardrails or constraints. Enjoy the credit burn, and retire! 💰

I wish @X lets you combine public lists and de-dupe posts. Maybe @bot can help

AI bots doing marketing activities have far more integrity and honesty than an agency. Just sayin'

Trying out this theory.... Btw you may be able to use Jev or even self-hosted @Cloudflare Clef to replace Drex in James' workflow.
Fastest way to grow a small account on X right now is quote tweets you dont need followers. youre borrowing the audience of the post you quote my emirates QT was one line and did over 1M impressions the hard part is finding the right post while its still climbing. thats the whole setup below

Met up with a young entrepreneur for coffee this afternoon. He’s vibe coding a very nice halal investments fintech app, and has done well to get an initial cohort of paying customers. I think he’s playing with fire not having a tech co-founder or even an architect on his team. He doesn’t see the value; I told him there’s no value until something goes south and then there’s too much value! He’s ok with the risk and would prefer to save his equity. How do you feel about this? Are technical co-founders becoming redundant?

Noticed my old agency had put competitors’ product photos all over my site 🤦 All I’ve got are photos of the stock piled up in the warehouse in China. I asked @instinct to create nice photos of the products in different scenarios, based on those warehouse pics. Unbelievably it absolutely nailed them, got the images perfect.

Thanks @bot for finding out some really cool intel from the sales data from one of my e-commerce sites.

this is something I couldn't get @instinct to do, but Grok Bot has a Shopify app connector 📈

Peeps in the UK.... I've noticed the response rate to my emails to small businesses - even sales enquiries - is practically zero. Does no-one use email anymore? Or is everyone too busy to respond? Or has customer service fallen off a cliff?

I'm going to try resurrecting an old ecommerce site that I own, using my friendly @instinct bot to help. Poor thing can't find a way to log in to @Shopify so as the dumb human I have to act as a mule pasting messages between Instinct and Shopify's Sidekick bot. It's actually working well so far

Two skills that can make you stand out at basically any role at any startup between 50-1000 employees: Get good enough at SQL to do a basic join. Learn to build, understand, and analyze cohort models.

In 99% of startups, failing to execute is a much bigger danger than being copied. So it's a mistake to risk the former in order to avoid the latter.
