.@STATIONHEAD, HOW LONG DO WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR YOU TO HEAR US? Our love for BTS brought us together and inspired us to build something much more than a fan community. We created a place where people connect through music, dedication, and a shared passion. Our 24/7 station, @btsbgarmy (ARMYRANG BULGARIA), is more than just a streaming station. It is the result of dedication and countless hours of voluntary work. Every day, members of our community give their time and energy to keep it alive and bring Bulgarian ARMY together. Through our station, listeners stream BTS around the clock, helping the group maintain its presence on local music charts. Every stream is part of our effort to continue supporting BTS and to show the strength of our community in Bulgaria. But today, everything we have built is at risk. Android users can no longer access our station through the Stationhead app. They are immediately disconnected, or the app crashes. Meanwhile, other stations in the BTS ARMY Channel continue to work normally. Our station is accessible through iOS and web browsers, but this does not solve the problem for a large part of our audience. This is not a new problem. Since February 2026, we have repeatedly reported various technical issues, submitted evidence and screenshots, sent follow-up messages, and made formal escalations. We have tried every available contact channel, hoping to reach someone who could help. Here is the history of our support tickets: 📌 February 1, 2026 — #VWXD9E-K0005 📌 March 2, 2026 — #VWLOL0-D0274 📌 August 25, 2026 — #91WWPD-0Y7KR 📌 September 26, 2026 — #91LDD1-5G2KR 📌 November 2, 2026 — #GPZG4K-791KW We provided all the necessary information. We submitted evidence. We asked for help repeatedly. And yet, we have received no meaningful response, no actual assistance, and no solution. The situation was already serious in August. Today, it is even worse. It is heartbreaking to watch something built with so much love, time, and effort gradually fall apart because of technical issues and the lack of communication from the very platform we rely on. We are not looking for confrontation. We are looking for communication. We are asking for support. We are looking for a solution. We want someone at Stationhead to finally pay attention to our reports and work with us to find a solution. 12 YEARS OF BUILDING A COMMUNITY DESERVE MORE THAN SILENCE. We are fighting to keep alive something we built with love, while continuing to ask for help from the very platform that should be supporting its creators and communities. 🌍 GLOBAL ARMY, WE NEED YOU! 💜 We are reaching out to our global ARMY family with a sincere request. Please stand with us and help our voices reach further. We have done everything we can to be heard, but we cannot do this alone. Let us show that ARMY is one, no matter where in the world we are. Please do not let our voices disappear into silence. PLEASE REPOST, SHARE, AND HELP US REACH @STATIONHEAD. Your support means more than you can imagine. Please help our small Bulgarian ARMY community be heard. Together, let us show that no ARMY is ever left behind. 💜 #BTS #ARMY #BTSARMY #Stationhead #ARMYRANG_BULGARIA #StationheadSupport
