I’ll say too, this also is one of the most complicated ages as an adult because everyone is in such different stages of life.
If your friend group doesn’t care for having kids around, it means you effectively can’t be a part of it consistently. You just have less flexibility.
And ultimately, it just means you gravitate towards people (or activities) who can account for both of you. And unfortunately, those are often different people than when you were single/childless, at least on a day to day basis.

Coach Aranda will always hold a special place in my heart. While facing the uncertainty of Josh's recruitment not going as we hoped, he assured me that my son as a PWO would be given equal opportunity to compete. Coach Aranda never backed away from that promise & his perferred walk-on WR earned a scholarship in year 1, and eventually became a starter & captain on the team.
This is a tough business and winning absolutely matters. Coach understands that, and I have no doubt that he'll continue onward & upward into his next opportunity. God bless you, Coach Aranda and thank you for being part of Josh's journey. Sic'em Bears 💚💛🙏🏾 – at Cedar Park, TX

Ruled targeting on the field. Replay overturns the call on the field saying this is not targeting and allowing a pick 6 by Texas Tech.
Awful job by replay. This is absolutely a targeting foul and ruled as such on the field. To have replay overturn it is disappointing and incorrect in my opinion

I texted my children that we got the puppy they’ve been begging me for and sent them a link with pictures. 🐶When they clicked on the link, it took them to a webpage that said YOU’RE GROUNDED. They’ll be spending the weekend retaking our family’s cybersecurity training course.

One of the most cruel things I've ever heard an organization doing.
The Knicks' assistant coaches did not receive their championship rings during Tuesday's ceremony, despite being handed ring boxes, according to league sources.
Many longtime employees at Madison Square Garden will not receive rings at all, per team sources.
Those employees got their hopes up in late September, when they were sent a fake championship ring offer as part of a phishing test.

Everyone told us to go West. So this is what we‘re doing now. First New Mexico, then probably Colorado and Utah.
And always trying to find a college football game along the way. This weekend: New Mexico vs NDSU in Albuquerque🏈

T-2. SEC (60 minutes)
T-2. ACC (60 minutes)
4. Big 12 (<60 minutes)

Anyway, today was awesome, but amid all the upsets, we’re all forgetting the most important thing about college football. What truly makes this American institution so unique and special.
Growing shareholder value.

BYU upsets Notre Dame. And first Herbstreit and Fowler talk about a potential penalty and how it should be called and second about what it means to Notre Dame instead of the team that won. Not the actual winner. Tell me again talking heads and TV aren't trying to shape this.

I think Baylor should legitimately consider firing Dave Aranda tonight. Fans showed up. They've given him the roster to compete. Efforts like this against a rival, at home, with how much was riding on this game... there's no good reason to give him a shot to win his way back.

The McLane Paradox (noun):
A mysterious phenomenon at Baylor football games where the louder we cheer, the bigger the crowd, and the more emotionally invested we get, the worse the Bears play.
The formula:
↑ Fan Enthusiasm = ↓ Baylor Performance
Science can’t explain it. Baylor fans live it.
