Haven't been here much lately, but for well rehearsed reasons, am actually leaving now. Won't delete my account as there's some personal history here, but Twitter has long lost what made it special.
Am on @ harry-m.bsky.social instead.
So long, and thanks for all the fish.
Popping out of my twitter retirement to vent about Atom being sunsetted, which is very annoying and I'd like to have a tantrum about it please 😡
If anyone's in/near Brixton and wants to see Jacob Collier tonight, I have two spare tickets #jacobcollier #o2academy
Hello fellow humans. Several of my contacts have been spammed with a password protected zip file that purports to come from me. It doesn't, it's malicious. If you get one please let me know and don't act on it 👍

For the first time, dxw has a majority female director team.
We think that's pretty cool and with #AdaLovelaceDay this week, it seems like a good time for them to introduce themselves👉@lexij @clare0young @cocarivas @JayneHilditch @coellowa bit.ly/3mYTZnY

'... exemplary public services aren’t made by the best, most cutting edge technologies, nor the cleverest processes: they’re made by people' - and for people, as @harrym later adds. The simplicity in sustainable, authentic management management practices is humbling.

More of this please.
I am extremely happy and delighted to finally be able to announce that I have sold nearly all my shares in dxw to its staff. @dxw is now an employee owned trust, working for the interest of its staff, and with its public mission and values baked into its founding documents 🎉

This is really exciting. I hope it starts a wider movement towards employee-owned organisations

Congrats to @harrym and team on DXW's transition to employee ownership. No clearer demonstration of commitment to your principles, than when you apply them to yourself.

Congratulations to the team @dxw on their move to #employeeownership - delivering a way to formalise and protect its mission and values. Welcome to our growing community!
Last week was a pretty big week for us. dxw is now owned by its employees.

The fact that this has happened at the same time as other SMEs in the same space are being bought-up into new large blocks shows real tenacity to core values. Huge congratulations to @harrym and the whole DXW family.
